Shipping and Returns

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 0-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and shipping method. Estimated delivery time vary as per shipping partners (0-7 business days) within India. International delivery times vary by destination.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping across India and select international locations. If your location is not supported, please reach out to us at hi@fanily.in. 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Fanily is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.

6. Eligibility for Returns

Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in the same condition as received. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.

8. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at hi@fanily.in with your order details. After approval, ship the item back to our return address. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

10. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at hi@fanily.in.
